Lifting weights will make you bulky
When we see many fitness models most of them have an incredibly hard and sculpted body, the vast majority of them lift weights. A lot of women think that lifting weights will make them big and bulky. This is not true, women believe that lifting weights will make them muscular-looking like men, what they don’t know is that women don’t produce enough testosterone.
Testosterone is the male sex hormone that is abundant in men “not in women” which allows them to gain muscle, women produce small amounts of testosterone making it impossible for them to get big and bulky.
You are probably asking yourself, how do some women gain so much muscle and get so lean?
The only way women can achieve that kind of physique is by taking anabolic steroids.
You can only gain muscle with steroids
While it is true anabolic steroids can help men and women gain muscle, they are not a complete solution. For years there have been many misconceptions about the benefits of steroids, some think all they need to do is take a steroid injection or swallow a pill and they will immediately gain muscle and burn fat.
Anabolic steroids are a small contributing factor to muscle gain, in fact, any smart athlete will only use steroids in order to add the fine touches to their already fined tuned body.
It’s unfortunate that many women seek the use of anabolic steroids in order to transform their bodies, some women are under the impression that anabolic steroids are friendly and don’t cause side effects but they do.
Women can take steroids that don’t cause side effects
This is a common myth, some anabolic steroids claim to be female-friendly but this is not true, female-friendly steroids do not exist, when these are referred to as safe, they are not. These steroids are considered safe because if taken in low doses there tend to be fewer side effects.
Anabolic steroids even in low doses can cause side effects and some of them may not be reversible.
Common steroids used by women, some of the more common steroids used by women include Anavar, Winstrol, and Primobolan. In most situations Anavar seems to be the most sought-after steroid, its main function is to help increase athletic performance and reduce body fat.
